Our work together begins with a consultation where you explain your challenges or what you wish to change, and ask me all the questions you might have about coaching. If I think I can help you and we both feel it’s a match the next step is to book an appointment. Sessions are paid by invoice. A consultation is always free.

Single session

120€

Every session is 60 minutes, we meet online. Single sessions can be helpful if you feel stuck, want to gain new perspectives and maybe mix things up a bit. A lot can happen in one session, and maybe you want to test the waters before you make a bigger commitment.

However, most of my clients end up coming back, so purchasing a package of sessions might be more economically beneficial. Changing your patterns doesn’t have to take forever, but I do recommend at least three sessions to make room for sustainable change.

Package of 3 sessions

The first session is normally where you describe your current situation and we start moving forward.

Between the sessions you will get the chance to practice your new knowledge in exercises tailored for your unique situation. This is where the real change happens.

If questions or thoughts come up between sessions I am only an email away.

Package of 7 sessions

670€ (Save 20%)

If you are ready for sustainable change this is a great package for you. With 7 sessions we have time to explore your unique challanges in depth, while we continously move forward.

Depending on what works best for you, these sessions can be close toghether or spread out over a period of 4-5 months, where a lot of the work happens in between the sessions.

The last session typically takes place a couple of months later, to give you time to practice your new skills before we meet up for a summary and last polish of our work together. This is normally also when we celebrate!
