Whether you are dating or not at the moment doesn’t matter — the change starts with you. Our work together begins with a consultation where you explain your challenges or what you wish to change, and ask me all the questions you might have about coaching. If I think I can help you and we both feel it’s a match the next step is to book an appointment. Sessions takes place online, and are paid by invoice. A consultation is always free.

Single sessions can be helpful if you feel stuck, want to gain new perspectives and maybe mix things up a bit.

However, most of my clients end up coming back, so purchasing a package of sessions might be more economically beneficial. Changing your patterns doesn’t have to take forever, but if you want sustainable change you’ll need to be ready to make room for some work.

I reserve a few spots each month for reduced-rate sessions, available on a trust-based sliding scale. These are for people with limited financial resources who are committed to the work.

An extended program for those seeking profound transformation and ongoing support. With 10 sessions we have time to explore your unique challenges in depth, while we continuously move forward.

Depending on what works best for you, these sessions can be close toghether or spread out over a period of 4-5 months, where a lot of the work happens in between the sessions.

The last session typically takes place a couple of months later, to give you time to practice your new skills before we meet up for a summary and last polish of our work together. This is normally also when we celebrate!
